Why should I upgrade
to dual-pane windows?
Single-pane windows are the worst cause of air loss in your
house. In winter they let hot air out, and in the summer
they let hot air in from the outdoors. Thirty five square
feet of single pane glass is like having a square foot hole
in your wall. This is noteworthy, since the average home
has over 150 square feet of glass. Dual Pane windows stop
massive losses, by having a layer of air space between the
outside air and inside of your home.
Other benefits include lower
utility bills, less noise, less dust and pollen coming into
your home, year round comfort with no cold spots, and double
strength glass has a very long life span with almost no
maintenance whatsoever.
How long does the installation
take? It normally takes one day to do 10 windows.
Who disposes of the
old windows and cleans up after the installation?
We do.
Will current drapes
fit? Since dual pane windows are thicker than single
pane windows, some altering may be necessary.
