What
is Polyurethane Foam Roofing?
It is a roofing material formed by the combination of
two liquid components. When the two components get together,
they expand 20-30 times their volume. The roof is sprayed
at a thickness of usually 1-2 inches. The entire roof
is sprayed to form a seamless surface, eliminating roof
leaks.
What kind of roof can be repaired with Polyurethane
Foam?
Any roof – BUR, modified bitumen, wood, concrete,
asphalt shingles, clay tiles and metal, can be repaired
with polyurethane foam.
Does my existing roof have to be torn off?
In most cases, it can be sprayed over your existing
roof. If underlying areas are soaked, a small area may
have to be torn-off. All dirt and debris must be cleaned
off.
