Dear
Dave,
Just a note to let you know
the differences I noticed in the temperature of
our manufacturing facility after the installation
of the 1 ½” of foam over our metal
roof and the installation of new skylights.
The outside temperature at
1:00 p.m. was 103 degrees and the interior temperature
was 87 degrees. This is without A/C and with the
west facing warehouse door being open (we use
5 floor swamp coolers in the facility which is
26,000 square ft.) Before the foam and roof coatings
were installed, the interior temperature was the
same or higher than the outside temperature. Now
with the lower interior temperature production
and the alertness of my employees has improved.
I would like to thank you
and Renaissance Inc. for your help with this project
and feel confident that the roof will pay for
itself in a short period of time due to savings
in lighting and production.
Thanks again,
M. A. – Escalon, CA
