The benefits and process of restoration
The first step in restoring concrete is to remove contaminants such as algae, dirt, mildew or paint for example. This lets us inspect the true condition of the surface in order to, if necessary, repair it.

The second step is inspecting the concrete for areas that need repaired.

The last step is protecting the restored surface from additional water absorption and other moisture related damage. This is done by applying a clear non-staining, waterproofing sealer that provides a barrier, preventing premature surface discoloration to the existing surface.
