Our HEALTHY HOUSE INSPECTION finds things inside your home that
can make your family sick. We analyze the integrity of your home’s
“envelope” to see if dust, pollen and other allergens
are penetrating. We check leaking ducts, underperforming ventilation.
No other program is as comprehensive and thorough
in reducing the indoor air quality problems that cause so
much discomfort for asthma and allergy sufferers.
We also look for mold spores – caused by inadequate
ventilation or moisture barriers – that can hide in unseen
places and cause you to feel ill much of the time. And we check
your combustion appliances for leaks or back drafting caused by
flue and exhaust fan problems -- and look for structural and other
safety problems.
