(Attic insulation, weather-stripping, water heater blankets,
replacement of broken windows, fluorescent lights, showerheads,
and many more measures)
• Energy efficient refrigerators
and evaporative coolers
(Existing refrigerator must be 10 years old. The evaporative
coolers are window units).
• Free gas appliance safety
inspection
• You may qualify if you own
